We have a strict policy of one dealer per city unless the city is too big to be catered by a single dealer.
Programmed lines as well as a vast selection of one-of-a-kind rugs, mostly from 2x3 to 12x15/12x18 including rounds and runners. Custom orders for odd or XXL sizes are readily accepted and timely executed.
We visit overseas several times a year to develop exclusive designs/colorations, not readily available elsewhere. All our rugs are hand-picked including choice one-of-a-kinds. Also, this keeps us and our dealers ahead of the latest trends as to what is new, hot, or what is slowing down!
You talk directly with owners ensuring prompt & courteous service without an automated phone system & with no goof-ups. A 2x3 query gets the same attention as a 12x15. We are neither too small to cater to your needs nor too big for you to be lost in a corporate maze.
